1. Optical PPG Sensor Subsystems & Dual-Frequency LEDs
Traditional entry-level wearables rely on single green LED optics that struggle during low peripheral perfusion or cold weather. The Smart Health Ring models manufactured by [email protected] integrate dual-frequency reflective optical sensors (525nm green for continuous heart rate and 940nm infrared for deep-tissue SpO2 oxygen saturation).
2. Low-Pressure Resin Injection & 5ATM Waterproofing
To achieve seamless 5ATM (50 meters hydrostatic pressure) water resistance, our manufacturing process encapsulates the flexible PCB, sensors, and lithium polymer battery inside a biocompatible resin matrix. Unlike glued watch assemblies that degrade over time, our solid-state resin cavity prevents water ingress even under dynamic hydro-impact during swimming.
3. Ultra-Low Power BLE MCU & Dynamic Sleep Staging
Utilizing Nordic System-on-Chip (SoC) microcontrollers running Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE 5.2/5.3), our Smart Health Rings draw less than 12.5µA in idle sampling modes. Coupled with 3-axis precision accelerometers and NTC skin temperature thermistors, the firmware continuously computes sleep efficiency, deep sleep, REM, light sleep, and daily recovery scores.
